How to Cancel an Account?
To cancel your account, you must meet all the following conditions:
- No abnormal behavior records and no previous cancellation records on the account.
- Voluntarily waive all assets and virtual benefits in the platform account (cash coupons, points, group purchase cards, discount coupons, etc.).
- No pending orders or orders completed less than 15 days in the account.
- No disputes in the account and more than 15 days have passed since the last dispute was resolved.
- The account is in normal use status and not restricted.
- Binding relationships with the platform and other platform accounts have been解除.
- No stores under the account that failed qualification review or did not successfully close; or if any, no funds, no arrears and no historical orders.
- If a wallet is activated, wallet cancellation conditions must be met (zero balance, closed automatic payment, no pending transactions, etc.).
You may submit a cancellation request to "Customer Service" after logging into the platform. After cancellation, account information, assets and virtual benefits cannot be recovered. Account cancellation does not exempt you from all previous actions and liabilities.
5. User Guidelines
- Activities and offers displayed on the platform may change due to rule adjustments or operational strategies; please refer to the latest announcements.
- Account registration indicates your agreement to all service terms and privacy policies of the platform.
- If any fraud, false identity or violation is found, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account and cooperate with relevant authorities in investigations.
